Nika Chikviladze – Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Nika Chikviladze brings over 15 years of experience in the banking and financial sector. Before joining Georgian Credit, he held various managerial positions in several banks and served as the General Director one of a financial institution. Nika became part of our team in 2018 and has since led multiple departments, including Credit Risk Management and Branch Operations. In 2023, he was appointed as a Chief Commercial Officer, overseeing branch sales and operations, the call-center, marketing, and PR. As of June 2025, Nika has taken on the role of Chief Executive Officer of Georgian Credit.

Tamar Benidze - Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Tamar joined our team in 2014 as the head of Human Resources and has up to 15 years of work experience in this field. From 2022, she oversees the Human Resources, Logistics and Procurement departments, and from 2023, she became COO and heads the Human Resources, Credit Risk, Loan Administration, Logistics, and Procurement departments. Tamar holds a master's degree in human resources and is a certified HR compliance expert.

Nino Gelashvili - General Counsel

Nino joined our company in 2022 as a Head of Legal Department and has up to 12 years of working experience in this field. Her previous job was a Lawyer at FINCA BANK Georgia & various financial Institutions. Nino holds a master's degree in LAW from Tbilisi State University. From 2023 Nino became a member of GC management Team as a General Counsel.
