| Microfinance organization Georgian Credit is developing the corporate governance system since 2013, which is based on the International Finance Corporation (IFC) recommendations.
Together with IFC were developed clear and detailed provisions, Corporate Secretary position was introduced.
Microfinance organization Georgian Credit management at all levels are familiar with OECD’s corporate governance principles and with the legal framework for corporate governance in Georgia. The company has its own corporate governance code.
